If you are sending a parcel to an island, such as the Portuguese, Spanish, French, Greek, Italian or Caribbean Islands, play it safe and allow an extra couple of weeks or even months. Remote locations in Africa, India, China and the Middle East may also take a little longer.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES TO SHIP?
Most in-stock orders ship on the Friday following date of purchase. Pending availability.
An order placed on a holiday or on weekends will begin processing the next business day and will be shipped next Friday. Orders ship from our studio in Lisbon, Portugal.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@archivoofficial.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on select items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be postmarked by the 14th day to be eligible for a refund. Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is adequately packaged for return. Archivo cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Once we receive your item we will process your return and a refund will be issued to either your original payment method or as a store credit. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been accepted and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. All items must be in new, unused condition with any tags still attached and packing intact. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Please know that all Sale items on the Sale page are final and cannot be returned for credit or exchange.
