There's a gentle stillness to this vintage flower frog, shaped like a peaceful dove, that whispers of quiet artistry and the beauty of simple moments. This charming ceramic piece was discovered amongst a treasure trove in a large warehouse here in Lisbon, a place where time and the elements had begun to leave their mark.

Imagine rows of forgotten shelves, exposed to the Lisbon rain... It was amidst this atmosphere that we found these lovely doves. We felt like true rescuers, bringing these delicate pieces back to light.

This lovely dove, with its delicate form, bears the subtle marks of time, a testament to its vintage journey. Its design is beautifully reminiscent of a gentle dove or pigeon, making it a wonderful addition to spaces embracing a cottagecore or rustic aesthetic.

Beyond its decorative appeal, this piece is thoughtfully designed as a flower frog. The charming pattern of holes across its back, featuring both larger and smaller openings, allows for effortless and delightful arrangements of your favorite blooms. If you are sending a parcel to an island, such as the Portuguese, Spanish, French, Greek, Italian or Caribbean Islands, play it safe and allow an extra couple of weeks or even months. Remote locations in Africa, India, China and the Middle East may also take a little longer.

Weather, Customs and other factors may delay your order. Please be patient during these hard times.

Some countries won't update the tracking number when they arrive at customs and unfortunately this is beyond our control, so please have this in mind when ordering.

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND CUSTOM TAXES?

While we will happily ship worldwide, please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs or import duties once the order reaches its destination country. We do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes, so you will be responsible for these. As import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order. All countries outside EU may be subjected to custom taxes and duties.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

YES. For security purposes, all Registered deliveries require a signature. If you are not at the address provided upon delivery, please be aware that the courier company will take your order back and is probably going to be waiting for you to pick it up at your local postal station and later on return to us unclaimed.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES TO SHIP?

Most in-stock orders ship on the Friday following date of purchase. Pending availability.

An order placed on a holiday or on weekends will begin processing the next business day and will be shipped next Friday. Orders ship from our studio in Lisbon, Portugal.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@archivoofficial.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on select items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be postmarked by the 14th day to be eligible for a refund. Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is adequately packaged for return. Archivo cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Once we receive your item we will process your return and a refund will be issued to either your original payment method or as a store credit. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been accepted and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. All items must be in new, unused condition with any tags still attached and packing intact. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Please know that all Sale items on the Sale page are final and cannot be returned for credit or exchange.
