Our stamps come in two adorable designs, a Christmas Tree and a Gingerbread Man, and each one has a removable silicone stamp for easy use. We recommend two methods for using a cookie stamp. The first involves evenly portioning the dough into walnut-sized balls and applying the stamp with even pressure. For the second method, roll out the dough until it reaches a uniform thickness and then apply the stamp in rows. Both work wonderfully. The first method makes more chunky, rustic cookies as the second method allows more control over the design placement and results in cookies with a consistent thickness.

Get the most out of your Christmas Cookies Stamp with these helpful tips:

Silicone stamps, like ours, are less likely to stick to the dough and easier to clean. (specially ours, that can be removed from the wood handle and put in the dishwasher!) To achieve the best results, use the stamp when your dough is still slightly cold and firm. Gently press the stamp into the dough and remove it by tilting it to the side and lifting it up, rather than pressing it straight down. Practice makes perfect, so don't be afraid to try it a few times to find the right technique for your dough's softness.

For those of us who love a bit of extra flair, instead of dusting the stamp with flour, try rolling the cookie dough ball itself in colorful granulated sugar, powdered sugar, or cocoa powder before stamping. Then, once you're finished, all that will be left to do is marvel at how much time you saved and eat cookies.

If you are sending a parcel to an island, such as the Portuguese, Spanish, French, Greek, Italian or Caribbean Islands, play it safe and allow an extra couple of weeks or even months. Remote locations in Africa, India, China and the Middle East may also take a little longer.

Weather, Customs and other factors may delay your order. Please be patient during these hard times.

Some countries won't update the tracking number when they arrive at customs and unfortunately this is beyond our control, so please have this in mind when ordering.

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND CUSTOM TAXES?

While we will happily ship worldwide, please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs or import duties once the order reaches its destination country. We do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes, so you will be responsible for these. As import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order. All countries outside EU may be subjected to custom taxes and duties.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

YES. For security purposes, all Registered deliveries require a signature. If you are not at the address provided upon delivery, please be aware that the courier company will take your order back and is probably going to be waiting for you to pick it up at your local postal station and later on return to us unclaimed.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES TO SHIP?

Most in-stock orders ship on the Friday following date of purchase. Pending availability.

An order placed on a holiday or on weekends will begin processing the next business day and will be shipped next Friday. Orders ship from our studio in Lisbon, Portugal.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@archivoofficial.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on select items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be postmarked by the 14th day to be eligible for a refund. Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is adequately packaged for return. Archivo cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Once we receive your item we will process your return and a refund will be issued to either your original payment method or as a store credit. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been accepted and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. All items must be in new, unused condition with any tags still attached and packing intact. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
